El Salvador Cup of Excellence

It won't be long now...PTs has joined a great group of roasters from around the country to bid on one of the top lots in the El Salvador Cup of Excellence auction to be held this Thursday.

Jayson (thats him, the tall guy in the hat) was on the jury about a month ago and came home raving about the coffees he experienced. So trusting him as I do we are joining in the bidding process. I talked to another roaster that told me this was the best batch of coffees they've cupped all year.

Thursday should be a great day as we will land yet another outstanding coffee for all of you. Stay tuned!
