From Topeka to Bern, Switzerland

Well the World Barista Championship is over and the US did an outstanding job.
Congratulations Matt "da Riddla" Riddle the US champion who took 3rd place on the world stage. The highest finish for an America to date.

Yes, I do have a few stories I could tell about the trip...but it's late! :o)

We are already thinking and training in preperation for next years United States Barista Championship to be held in Long Beach. Pete and Shannon are both very excited about the opportunity.
