RETAILING IN THE FALL SEASON

As I sit in the air-conditioned indoors, I can't help but think that it's already August....and that means fall is just around the corner. Coffee weather.

Let's face it, in the midwest we all truly appreciate fall more than any other season...especially in the coffee industry. With the weather changes I've been trying to cook up some good fall drinks...hot and cold to accommodate the possibility of an indian summer. I always think of butterscotch and toffee as good fall flavors. They make me think of pumpkin patches and that warm fall smell. mmmmmmm

With all that being said, it's never to early to start planning for the busy busy holiday season. Ideally, you should have your holiday merchandise picked out at this point and be ready to put in the order in the next week or two. Distributors get very backed up in the last quarter of the year so get while the gettin' is good! Need some ideas?
